Clients will receive these following files:

General
We have the right to reject your commission if required
Provide a clear description of the desired artwork. Additional references would help us to finish the artwork faster
Clients are allowed to ask for further updates of the artwork. Respond will be given within a week.
Use the watermarked version of final artwork for social media use (full credit will be appreciated)
Don't claim the artwork as yours
There will be additional fee for complicated design, details, and extra properties
TAT 10-20 days
Max. 4 characters in one canvas
Max. 3 revisions. Revisions only applies for the sketching process or minor lineart revisions
Do not use for AI/NFT
No ghosting during the process
No cancelation or refund
Action will be taken if clients failed on following the terms of service
Commercial
Please let us know if you are willing to use the artwork for commercial use
Commercial use artworks will be charged 3x the original price
Kindly let us know what you are going to do with the artwork and what you are using it for
Payment
Upfront payment required before commencing any work (50% minimum)
Payment via BNI, Bank Jago, SeaBank, Gopay, or ShopeePay
